Former First Lady Michelle Obama will be traveling the country, in an effort to increase voter turnout for the upcoming November midterm elections.
The U.S. and quite frankly the world was thrown for a loop when Donald Trump was elected President of the United States in 2016, especially after having such a charismatic former President, Barack Obama.
Since Trump’s election many people have been using the startling event to encourage Americans to use their voter rights. With the assistance of the nonprofit When We All Vote, Michelle will be traveling the country between Sept. 22 through Sept. 29.
The philanthropist will be visiting Milwaukee, Wisconsin, New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta just to name a few.
So far there are no details on what will ensue at the events, but it is Obama’s to “ensure that every eligible American casts their vote.” With the political turmoil that is plaguing our nation, this is a monumental move on Obama’s part
