Singer Queen Naija and vlogger Clarence NYC announced that they are expecting their first child together on Thursday.
Recently, the couple started a joint YouTube account vlogging about life together, which has included their travels and even moving to Atlanta together.
In order to keep things more private this time around, Queen has made it a goal to not make her relationship with Clarence a “social media relationship.” However, because they both had their start through YouTube it has been a challenge. Many have speculated that the two were dating, but in their pregnancy announcement video they gave viewers the actual timeline of their newfound flame.
At the end of the video Queen announces that there was one more secret to share and showed the clip of her 11 week ultrasound. This is will Clarence’s first child and Queen’s second given that she has a child with vlogger Chris Sails.
In fact, on her self-titled EP, the “Medicine” singer has track dedicated to her son Chris Sails Jr. entitled “Mama’s Hand.” In the song she thanks her son for being here and expresses her unconditional love for him. Listeners even get a glimpse of the 3-year-old’s voice.
Queen recently signed with Capitol Records, under which she released her EP. The EP travels through the men in her life: her ex-husband, son, and boyfriend Clarence NYC. As time progresses we will see if Queen will continue to use her talent to share the change of events her life.
