“I’m shipping up to Boston.”
Today, ESPN announced that it will be dedicating a FULL DAY of cross-platform coverage to the defending NBA Eastern Conference Champion, the Boston Celtics. The special content initiative, “Boston Celtics All-Access” will emanate from Boston, Mass. on Wednesday, March 1st. The 24-hour access includes wall-to-wall coverage of the team with the NBA’s best record at 38-16 (entering play on Feb. 7).
Kicking the day off on the 1st will be SportsCenter at 7 AM ET, with all ESPN shows and platforms featuring Celtics content, including Get Up, First Take, SportsCenter (at Noon), NBA Today, SportsCenter (at 6 PM), NBA Countdown and the late night SportsCenter shows. ESPN.com, ESPN on social media, and more will also be tapped into all things Boston. All leading up to ESPN’s national broadcast of the Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game at 7:30 PM ET. Ryan Ruocco, Doris Burke, and Malika Andrews will all provide commentary that evening.

Continuing, Roberts said that they “will thoroughly document a day in the life of the Boston Celtics organization, from the talented team on the court to the coaching staff and front office.”
In the coming weeks, be prepared to see the rollout of specific content dubbed “Boston Celtics All-Access.” Heading into March, the Boston Celtics have several games scheduled on ESPN and ABC. Stay tuned in!
