Grammy-nominated artist and entrepreneur Spice, internationally known as the ‘Queen of Dancehall,’ released a new single and music video, “Spice Marley,” on all music streaming platforms.
A departure from her renowned raw lyricism, this new track gives fans a taste of Spice’s softer side, as her first ever reggae single—an homage to the ‘pioneer of Reggae,’ Bob Marley, and her home in Jamaica. The new song comes only one week after the release of her 2023 single “God A Bless Me,” which she released alongside a viral pregnancy photo signifying her rebirth and new outlook on life since a medical scare in late 2022.
The singer announced on her Instagram that both tracks are part of a trio of releases to celebrate Women’s History Month, with another new song and music video coming next Friday, March 31. The ‘Queen of Dancehall’ is back and better than ever.
