L’Elite MediSpa, a Black-owned medical spa, is opening its third location in Harlem on Saturday, October 26. The new spa, located at 1661 Madison Avenue, will host a grand opening from noon to 6 pm, featuring complimentary service demonstrations, giveaways, and light bites from Harlem’s Melba’s Restaurant.

A special giveaway for breast cancer survivors in Harlem will be offered, along with support from L’Elite Cares, the spa’s nonprofit foundation. The spa’s owner, Richina Lukes-Milledge, a nurse practitioner and breast cancer survivor, founded the business to help others going through similar health challenges.

“Everyone, regardless of zip code, should have access to this type of care and support — to be beautiful from the inside out. The Harlem location, along with our nonprofit, L’Elite Cares, will expand our reach into communities that need it most,” she said.

The Harlem location will offer popular services such as IV vitamin infusions, facials, and weight loss support. It will also feature a VIP area with exclusive memberships.

L’Elite MediSpa has grown, helping clients manage cancer treatment effects, autoimmune conditions, and other wellness needs. “Seeing the company grow to Harlem is astonishing to me,” said esthetician Vanessa Horn.
