Hip Hop mixtape artist Banga Cyss breaks down his latest project and debut album, The Vibe. With so much talent, growth, and focus, it’s clear that this project is the beginning of something great.
Tell us about the artistic direction of your latest project, The Vibe.
I made The Vibe with intentions on making a bright colorful EP full of different vibes. I was particular on sounds as far as beat selection and also manipulating my voice in new ways that I was presenting to the public for the first time.
What makes this album stand out from other projects you have released?
Well it’s my first album actually, but I want to say what’s different about it from my mixtape work is that it’s just a more polished version of my old self. You can hear the growth in my music.
Share with us your favorite song and why?
My favorite song changes every time I listen to it but today Its “Quit Playin”. That was just the vibe for the day.
How has the response been so far?
The response has been good so far everybody that hear it is gonna rock wit it I know. I asked my followers to tell me their favorite song and everyone had to name more than one. I think I It’s just good music I I hope that’s how my listeners and future listeners receive it.
