BET has announced the launch of “Shop With BET,” a curated online marketplace showcasing Black-owned and inclusive brands, just in time for the holiday shopping season. The platform, developed in collaboration with Cistus Media, aims to connect BET’s audience with diverse products, celebrating Black founders, small businesses, and cultural inclusivity across various categories.
BET’s new marketplace aligns with the network’s commitment to equity and representation, providing a seamless, culturally resonant shopping experience. Shoppers can explore unique collections of items carefully selected to highlight innovation and diversity within the Black business community.
As part of the launch, BET will premiere exclusive content hosted by actor KJ Smith, television personality Mara S. Campo, and fashion expert Gabrielle Richards. The first episode of “Shop With BET: Where Culture Meets Commerce,” a half-hour special, is set to air Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at 10 p.m. ET/CT, following the latest episode of the popular series “Tyler Perry’s Sistas.” A second episode is expected later in the season, offering viewers behind-the-scenes insights into featured brands and products.
