Beyoncé x Balmain Charitable Collection Set to Release

Beyoncé and Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing are planning to release a three-piece collection on July 13th inspired by the singer’s Coachella performance.

The collection will include the pink and yellow sweaters worn by Beyoncé during her 24 song sets, alongside a black tee. Each piece will have the bedazzled logos found on the sweaters.

Fans can purchase starting Friday through Balmain’s Paris flagship, with the tee-shirt priced at $290 and the sweatshirts available for $550-$1,790. On July 14th, the collection will be available on Balmain.com and Beyonce.com.

All proceeds from the collaboration will go towards the United Negro College Fund. The donation compliments Beyonce’s generous gift of $100,000 to four HBCU’s post Beychella.

Rousteing shares with Vogue how much the charitable act means to the two partners: “The donation was the main goal of this collaboration. We don’t forget where we come from. This is really, really important—I come from an orphanage, you know. I think there is something really emotional about our collaboration.
