KTLA reporter Doug Kolk found himself on the wrong side of the Cardi B’s fanbase after misrepresenting a recent Instagram video as a call for violence.
Once word of his actions got back to hip-hop superstar, she didn’t mince words.
Kolk confessed to not having played the full video on the air including the part where Cardi B called for her fans use the forthcoming election to make the changes the Black community seeks.
It appears that Kolk only played the part of the video that fit his narrative that she was using her platform to encourage violence.
