Chris Brown Wins Big in Court

Chris Brown

More custody drama for Chris Brown. This time, he walks away the winner. Nia Guzman took him to court for full custody of their 2-year-old daughter Royalty Brown. According to TMZ, all of her requests were denied and she even has to pay back Chris for legal fees.

Here is the list of her requests:

Request: Full Custody…DENIED
Request: Chris to have monitored visitations….DENIED
Request: Deny Chris’ mother the right to see her grandchild….DENIED
Request: Chris to submit to drug tests….DENIED

If that’s not enough, she gave up her petition to raise child support. A while ago Nia filed a separate claim for child support to increase the payments from $2,500 per month to $16,000 a month. In the end, the two parents still share custody and Chris will remain to see his daughter 12 days a month. Nia has been ordered to repay Chris the $20,000 he was ordered to pay her attorney fees.

Chris will have to deal with Nia for 16 more years. Let’s see how many more times she will drag him to court for custody. Let this serve as a reminder to all celebrities. It is important to pay attention to who you are messing around with between the sheets.

In other news, Chris Brown is currently nominated for breakthrough long-form video at the MTV Video Music Awards for “Royalty.”
