Jamaican-American artist Fousheé is gearing up for her first-ever U.S. headline tour, following the release of her new album Pointy Heights. The tour, spanning major cities across the country, will give fans their first opportunity to experience the critically acclaimed album live.
The tour kicks off on Nov. 19 in Dallas, Texas, with stops in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, and more. Presales for tickets begin Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 10 a.m. local time, and will remain open until the general public sale starts on Friday, Oct. 11, at 10 a.m.
Fousheé, known for her innovative sound, has quickly risen to prominence with her unique blend of genres, seamlessly blending R&B, punk, and reggae into a style that defies categorization. Pointy Heights, her latest release, marks a departure from the frenetic energy of her previous album softCORE. The new album offers a smoother, more melodic soundscape influenced by her Jamaican roots, and is inspired by the land her grandfather bought in Jamaica, where her family envisioned building homes.
Taking on multiple roles as singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, Fousheé brings a fresh, genre-bending approach to Pointy Heights. The album is rich with deep bass lines, jangling guitar, and sharp drums, all underpinned by her distinctive songwriting style. The tour is expected to be one of the most anticipated of the year, as Fousheé has solidified herself as a sought-after collaborator, having worked with artists like Donald Glover (Childish Gambino), Steve Lacy, and Lil Yachty.
