Actress and filmmaker Gail Bean recently appeared on “The Bigger Picture” podcast with host Dakari Eli to discuss her film, “Both Eyes Open.”
Bean, known for her roles in “Snowfall,” “P-Valley,” and “Harlem,” not only stars in the film but also serves as an executive producer. She shared insights into the project’s development and her experiences working alongside actors Taye Diggs, Joy Brunson, and Tristan Mack Wilds.
The film, released last month, was written and directed by Ariel Julia Hairston, with Bean, Hairston, Roderick McClure, and Joshua Ferrell serving as executive producers.
