BET+ has announced the renewal of the acclaimed drama series “Haus of Vicious” for its highly-anticipated second season. The one-hour drama follows the tumultuous journey of Chantel Vivian, portrayed by Tami Roman, a talented fashion designer grappling with various challenges in her personal and professional life.
Alongside Roman, the ensemble cast includes Redaric Williams, Erica Peeples, Norman Nixon Jr., Kyler O’Neal, Brely Evans, Vincent Ward, Lyric Anderson, John Marshall Jones, and Ella Joyce, each bringing depth to their respective characters.
Jill Ramsey, Executive Producer and Showrunner of Roman Ramsey, expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming season, highlighting the series’ exploration of the lingering effects of childhood trauma on adult lives. “Haus of Vicious delves into how childhood trauma conditioning continues to impact our adult lives,” said Ramsey. “In Season 2, we plan to further explore this dichotomy and the collision of past and present.”
Lead actress Tami Roman echoed Ramsey’s sentiments, expressing her hopes for the new season. “With Season 2, we aim to bring even more twists, turns, and high-impact storytelling to the lives of the characters that viewers have come to know,” Roman said. “We want to creatively showcase the journey from dysfunction to healing, no matter how convoluted the road may be.”
The second season of “Haus of Vicious” represents another successful collaboration between Roman Ramsey Productions and BET+. Executive Producers Tami Roman, Jill Ramsey, and Herb Kimble are set to continue their involvement, alongside Marvin Neil and Rose Catherine Pinkney, who will executive produce for BET+.
