ICON MANN has partnered with a range of notable celebrities and civic leaders to launch the “I, TOO AM AMERICA” campaign, aimed at increasing voter awareness and participation. This powerful pre-recorded PSA (Public Service Announcement), set to debut on National Voter Registration Day on September 17, seeks to encourage voter registration and turnout for the upcoming U.S. Presidential election.
The PSA, created by Tamara N. Houston, founder of ICON MANN, draws inspiration from Langston Hughes’ famous poem “I, too,” which highlights the strength and diversity of marginalized communities in America. The campaign emphasizes an inclusive view of American identity, featuring influential figures from African American, Asian American, and LGBTQIA communities.
Among the prominent names contributing to this initiative are:
- Ali LeRoi, creator of Everybody Hates Chris
- Anika Noni Rose, Tony Award-winning actress
- Estelle, Grammy Award-winning singer and actress
- Jason Butler Harner, actor and activist
- Michael Ealy, actor and producer
- Ronald Low, civic leader, attorney, and AAPI advocate

This inspirational effort seeks to mobilize voters across all communities, promoting the power of their voices in shaping the future.
