The internet is basking in the grandiosity of Kendrick Lamar after his acting debut on 50 Cent’s “Power.”
Lamar played Laces a homeless junkie who helps 50 Cent execute a murder on the “Happy Birthday” episode which aired on July 29.
The Compton rapper begins his relationship with Kanan, 50 Cent’s character, after trying to sell him gift cards.
As the episode unfolded, the pair have another encounter in which Laces reads Kanan like an open book. From there the rest is history.

We are quite shook because not only has K. Dot dropped one of the hottest albums in the past few years, but he just won numerous Grammy’s for his artistry and in April, a Pulitzer prize for DAMN. Many people are even suggesting an Emmy Award for his guest role on Power.
