Megan Thee Stallion Nears Legal Victory as Blogger Seeks Settlement

Megan Thee Stallion could be on the verge of a major legal win as Milagro Gramz, a blogger at the center of a defamation lawsuit, is now seeking to settle.

According to AllHipHop.com, Gramz has submitted formal settlement proposals in an apparent effort to resolve the case before it escalates further.

Megan, whose real name is Megan Pete, filed the lawsuit accusing Gramz of spreading false and malicious claims about her in an effort to discredit her testimony in the Tory Lanez shooting case. Lanez, whose legal name is Daystar Peterson, is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for shooting the rapper in 2020.

The lawsuit alleges that Gramz acted as a “hired gun” for Lanez, continuing a harassment campaign against Megan by labeling her a liar and an alcoholic. The complaint further claims that Gramz falsely suggested Megan was “legally retarded” and needed a guardian.

Megan’s legal team also accuses the blogger of amplifying a deepfake explicit video falsely depicting the rapper and directing her 100,000-plus followers to view the material online.

Her attorneys argue that Gramz’ actions go beyond free speech and constitute defamation, cyberstalking, and the promotion of altered sexual depictions—offenses that could carry serious legal repercussions.

With the case advancing, Gramz appears to be backtracking, offering to settle before facing the potential financial consequences of a trial.
