After months of speculation, Megan Thee Stallion has named Tory Lanez as the shooter in the attack that happened on July 12th.
The rapper claims her announcement was provoked by a campaign of misinformation powered by her alleged attacker and his public relations team.
“Yes, this n##ga Tory shot me. You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and s##t, stop lying! Why lie?”

According to Meg, the incident began as a verbal altercation inside of a vehicle. She alleges that Tory shot her after she exited the car in an attempt to remove herself from the situation.
She also states that she didn’t inform the police of the situation out of fear of what could happen, given the numerous incidents of police officers killing Black americans.
“I’m scared all the s##t going on with the police (the police is shooting mutherf##kas for anything … the police was literally killing black people for no mutherf##king reason). Soon as the police tell us all, ‘get out the mutherf##king car.’ The police is really aggressive. You think I’m about to tell the police that…we…us black people got a gun in the car? You want me to tell the law that we got a gun … so, they shoot all of us up?”
At press time, Tory Lanez has yet to respond to Megan Thee Stallion’s post.
