Megan Thee Stallion’s legal representative has strongly rebuffed recent claims of harassment leveled against the rapper by a former photographer, dismissing the lawsuit as a mere ploy for financial gain and an effort to tarnish her reputation.

Attorney Alex Spiro, in a statement provided to Page Six on Tuesday, characterized the lawsuit as an employment dispute centered on money, with no allegations of sexual harassment formally lodged. Spiro asserted that the inclusion of sensational claims was a deliberate tactic to smear his client’s name.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” Spiro stated. “We will deal with this in court.”

The lawsuit, filed the same day as Spiro’s response, alleges that plaintiff Emilio Garcia, a former photographer for Megan Thee Stallion, purportedly witnessed the artist engaging in sexual activity with another woman in a moving vehicle during a trip to Ibiza.

Court documents, as reported by HipHopDX, detailed Garcia’s account of an incident where Megan Thee Stallion allegedly confronted him about his presence in the vehicle during the purported encounter.

According to the plaintiff, the rapper then allegedly subjected him to derogatory remarks, including comments about his weight and eating habits.
