It’s been nearly a decade since the world was treated to new official music from celebrated rapper and pop-culture icon, Method Man.

Recently, you’ve probably seen arguably the biggest and most successful member of super-group The Wu-Tang Clan gracing the big screen in feature films (The Cobbler, The Sitter) and in your favorite TV shows (Blue Bloods, Scorpion, Inside Amy Schumer).

Now, Meth is getting back to music with his new solo album, ‘The Meth Lab’. Recorded in Staten Island and featuring lifelong cohorts Redman, Raekwon, Hanz On, Streetlife, Inspectah Deck, and more.

Method Man will be releasing the project August 21, 2015 via Hanz On Music/Tommy Boy (Ghostface Killah, Sheek Louch).

‘The Meth Lab’ is exactly what his fans have been waiting for, 17 tracks dripping with Mef’s imaginative, deliberate and laid-back style. The album features producers including Ron Browz, Allah Mathematics, J57, and 4th Disciple.

Selling millions of records around the world, Method Man has earned multiple platinum and gold RIAA certifications for his solo and collaborative efforts. His creativity and talent also garnered nods from the prestigious Grammy Foundation. Meth received a nomination with Wu-Tang for their 1997 release, Wu-Tang Forever, and a win for his hit single, “All I Need,” featuring Mary J. Blige off his debut solo album Tical in 1994.
