Bad Boy Records OG’s Stevie J and Faith Evans, newly married, dropped a video teaser for their joint song “A Minute” on Friday.
The sultry video teaser is packed with a whole bunch PDA as the Jordan’s embrace each other. It is set to release on July 27.
The couple secretly tied the knot on Tuesday night in their Las Vegas hotel room. Evans, 45, and Stevie J, 46, reportedly dated back in December 2016 but split in 2017, claiming that they were better off as friends. They have known each other since the 90’s, with the Love and Hip Hop star producing hits like Mariah Carey’s “Honey and Faith Evans and Diddy’s “I’ll Be Missing You.”
Evans has been previously married twice, most famously to the late rapper Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Smalls. However, this is Stevie J’s first go round as a married man, as he confirmed in August 2016 that his marriage to Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Joseline Hernandez was indeed falsified.
The singers decided to give love a chance and even confirmed their feelings online when Stevie J tweeted “I love you Faith Renee Jordan” with Evans responding “I love you Steven Aaron Jordan.”
The Grammy award winning singer even has captioned her Instagram pictures including her new husband with #lovewins. That it does, every time!
