Pasco County prosecutors officially dropped the domestic battery charges against Clueless star Stacey Dash on Thursday.
The actress turned conservative firebrand plead not guilty the day prior.
According to her husband, Dash was arrested Sunday night despite his pleas.
He reportedly expressed his gratitude to members of the prosecution for their decision not pursue the case further.
Reportedly, Dash made the call to 911 claiming her husband placed her in a chokehold after she got into a shoving match with one of his children.
The sheriff’s office spokesperson said the deputies who arrived on the scene believed that the actress was the aggressor and detained her accordingly.
