Among her many list of titles Rihanna will soon be known also as Doctor Fenty thanks to the University of West Indies (UWI).
The singer is set to receive an Honarary Doctorate of Letters, alongside two other people. Justice Adrian Dudley Saunders will receive an Honorary Doctorate of Laws and Professor Ebenezer Oduru Owusu, an Honorary Doctorate of Science.
The Barbados native will receive the prestigious award at the Cave Hill Campus located on her island. The ceremony will take place on October 20.
This award follows a year after Rihanna won the Harvard Humanitarian Award, during which speech so jokingly boasted, “So I made it to Havard.”
