MIAMI, FL – In an electrifying revelation following his recent interview on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, music luminary Salaam Remi has unveiled that hip-hop icon Slick Rick will take center stage as the headline act at the upcoming Midnight at MuseZeuM concert series in Miami, Florida. Scheduled for October 28th, 2023, at the Miami Beach Bandshell, this Halloween-themed event promises an unforgettable night of music and entertainment, featuring not only Slick Rick but also JT Money, Poison Clan, and Video Music Box’s Ralph McDaniels.
Slick Rick’s inclusion in the concert series follows in the footsteps of renowned artists like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, and Large Professor, who have graced the stage in previous editions, setting the bar high for this upcoming event.
Miami recently witnessed MuseZeum Season 2 in early August, an exhibition showcasing a diverse array of artistic talents, including the works of Salaam Remi himself, alongside other exceptional artists like Tati Crooks, Ernie Panicolli, and Ryan “Myagi” Evans.
Additionally, the MuseZeuM NYC Pop-Up, hosted at Legacy NYC, 98 Orchard St in Manhattan, has been extended until September 30th. This cultural haven curated by Remi offers visitors an immersive experience into a musical art collection spanning various genres and eras. Notably, it includes Remi’s own creations, with contributions from iconic figures such as Bob Marley, Nas, Marvin Gaye, and more.
The Pop-Up’s grand finale on September 30th will double as a celebration of the 10th anniversary of Mack Wild’s Grammy-Nominated album, “New York: A Love Story,” produced by Remi. Attendees can look forward to the unveiling of a new art piece alongside exclusive anniversary merchandise.
