The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism and Division of Festivals announces a star-studded line-up for St Thomas Carnival Village Nights performances.
Beginning on Monday, April 24th, local and visiting carnival revelers can enjoy seven days of free nightly concerts in the festival village with international and local performers. Nightly entertainment commences at 7 pm and ends at 1 am.
Kicking off Village Nights on Monday is the King of Soca, Machel Montano, featuring Spectrum, Express Band, and Shaw HP & Pascal. Additional nights include “Local Addikshun” featuring VI natives Adam O, Karnage, and Pumpa and “All White Night” featuring dancehall sensation Shenseea.
Village nights will culminate with a special Hard Fete Glow Night featuring Bunji Garlan and Fay-Ann Lyons with special guests Lyrikal, Klimaxx Bans, and Grand Master’s.
USVI Commissioner of Tourism Joseph Boschulte, said “The Carnival Season in the U.S. Virgin Islands is one of the most special times of the year for our destination as the festivals showcase the authentic culture and vibe of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Visitors and Virgin Islanders alike can expect to be wowed as the Division of Festivals has an amazing week of festivities parties, pageants, and more planned.”
