USHER Past Present Future Tour In London

Usher Kicks Off His Global Past Present Future Tour with an Outstanding Night in London

On Saturday, March 29, 2025, Usher launched his highly anticipated Past Present Future Tour in Europe. This marked the first of 20 shows across Europe, including a 10-night residency in London. With 20 000 fans filling the British arena, Usher delivered a performance that has already earned critical acclaim, with local The Guardian calling it “at the top of his game” and The Telegraph praising his “two hours of consummate, wholehearted showmanship.” Nothing less!

A Masterclass in Performance and Showmanship
Divided into 10 distinct acts, the show was a journey through Usher’s three-decade-long career, seamlessly blending his past, present, and future. Ush’lovers were treated to a set list that spanned hits like “Call Me A Mack,” “Yeah!” and “U Got It Bad,” to more recent tracks like “Good Good.” With smooth vocals, intricate choreography, and even a 15-minute skate routine, Usher definitely aimed at proving why he remains a global icon.

Taking a heartfelt moment to connect with his audience, Usher reflected on his career and the bond he shares with his audience:

“Hopefully my music has been something to you. Maybe we fell in love together, maybe we had a good time together, but something brought you here. And I just want you to know, I appreciate the connection. If I didn’t have you to cheer me on, I wouldn’t continue to do this.”

Usher’s wardrobe was as much a highlight as his music. Partnering with designers like Mowalola, Robert Wun, Ralph Lauren, and Luar, Usher graced the stage in a bespoke Union Jack jacket and trousers, alongside other striking looks. Each outfit, carefully curated for both Usher and his dancers, elevated the visual storytelling of the show.

Beyond the Stage
The night didn’t end at The O2. Usher celebrated in style with a VIP cruise on the River Thames aboard a deluxe Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. Joined by over 100 guests, including stars like Leomie Anderson, Maya Jama, and Daniel Kaluuya, the boat passed iconic London landmarks, setting the tone for an elegant evening. The celebrations continued at The Box Soho with Usher’s exclusive afterparty, “The Yeah Man,” attended by musician RAYE as well as Burberry CCO Daniel Lee.

Following his London residency, Usher will bring his Past Present Future Tour to Paris, Berlin, and Amsterdam, before returning to London for two final shows on May 6 and 7. Attendees can also look forward to pre-show entertainment by Flipper’s sQUAD, performing to Usher’s biggest hits at The O2.

This tour is the latest in a series of career-defining moments for Usher, who dazzled millions at the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show and sold out over 60 shows across North America in 2024.
