During her college days, Molly Singer (played by Britt Robertson) was the center of attention at every social event. However, her penchant for partying is now jeopardizing her career, and she’s on the brink of losing her job. Brenda (played by Jaime Pressly), Molly’s supervisor, presents her with a last-ditch solution: return to her alma mater, befriend Brenda’s socially awkward son named Elliot (portrayed by Ty Simpkins), and transform him from an outsider to a popular figure on campus.
With the support of her closest friend (Nico Santos), Molly embarks on a comical journey to rescue her future by facing off against snobbish hall monitors, rowdy fraternity members, and an old nemesis, all while revisiting her past.
