While fans are currently reveling in the consistency of music releases from Hip Hop foes, Kendrick Lamar and Drake, vice president of talent development creative for WWE, Shawn Michales, offers up an alternative solution to the two heavyweights’ Rap beef.
“A little sweet chin music goes a long way,” said Michales, who went on to invite Kendrick and Drake to “settle this thing” in an official match. Imagine?
A little Sweet Chin Music goes a long way.@kendricklamar, you and @Drake are formally invited to #WWENXT to settle this thing. I’m even offering my services to mediate. https://t.co/tN02NLq36X

Michaels’ reaction isn’t a random one either. If you peeped, in “Not Like Us,” Kendrick references the WWE legend’s finishing move called “Sweet Chin Music.”
“Put the wrong label on me, I’ma get’em dropped. Sweet Chin Music and I won’t pass the aux.”
Interestingly enough, Michaels, himself, was said to have a storied conflict with Canada’s own, Bret Hart. The parallels in this ongoing beef seem endless.

Shawn Michaels had a feud with Bret Hart that led to the Montreal Screwjob in Montreal Canada and ever since then Canadians have hated HBK because of that…. Drake is from Canada
