Days after promoting a local Memphis cookie store, rapper Young Dolph was shot and killed inside Makeda’s Butter Cookies around 1pm today.
The hip-hop star had experience several attempts on his life since refusing to sign with fellow rapper Yo Gotti’s CMG Records including a shooting in Charlotte, North Caroline in February 2017 by a CMG executive Howard ”Keon” Wright.
This was followed by another shooting later that year near Loew’s Hotel in Los Angeles, California that left him severely injured.
According to rap site allhiphop.com, a large crowd of people came out to mourn the Memphis based artist’s death.
At press time, there are currently no suspects identified by law enforcement.
